ADA Compliant, Commercial Asphalt Parking Lot Re-Surfacing
Working with our client, we ensured that all aspects of the project complied with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The work included the striping to be re-done on a blank slate so that all current ADA Handicap Park Codes could be met. In addition, the proper slopes and gradients were achieved as outlined in the 2012 Texas Accessibility Standards Code. This state-level code includes rules for:

- Accessible Means of Egress
- Parking Spaces
- ADA Signage
- ADA Ramps
- ADA Walking Surfaces
- ADA Truncated Domes Detectible Surface

All work was performed on-site and had no impact on Sam’s Club’s operating hours, thereby allowing the store to maintain daily revenue. Our seasoned Foreman and trained crew members managed all aspects of the project, applying constant due diligence and attention to the store’s needs for its customers. Most of the work was performed at night, resulting in minimal impact to their business.
Concrete Pavement Repair for Commercial Businesses
At the Sam’s Club 14,000 sq. ft. loading dock area, a significant, 7” concrete pavement repair was necessary before it could get worse. Careful attention was paid to the store’s delivery schedule and PSC established a synchronous repair plan that allowed for the dock to maintain access at all times, including additional emergency access to the entire building.
